Re-programming Naturality

Disease = Dis + Ease

This means “not at ease”. In other words, sicknesses, pains, illnesses and diseases are unnatural states of health.

One of the most common questions which I’ve been asked is “Why are you always so happy? Why are you always smiling?”

3 Years ago I said “I don’t Know!”
2 Years ago I said “Because I feel so.”
Starting from a year ago until now, my reply is “Why not??”, while grinning from ear to ear.


You see, humans have the natural ability to be happy. We are born with this gift of joy. But over time, we had been mismanaging our variables.

Because we had been living unnatural variables in our Life - eating unnatural foods to begin with, living in unnatural environments, exposed to unnatural pollution, radiation and stress, speaking/acting unnaturally (speak, think and act differently) etc, we’d caused our natural self to fade away.

Why do the older generations tell us to “Get some sun” when we’ve got the flu, “Step on Soil and breath some oxygen in” when we’ve got a headache, and “Skip the microwave!”… They are the ones whom have seen the extreme fluctuation from natural living to our unnatural environment today.

And so they’ve too, witnessed how we, as One Humanity, degenerated ourselves towards our graves.

Besides saying that we made some “wrongful” choices to bring ourselves to where we are today, I prefer to use the word “unsupportive”.

The good news is this - our Inner Healer inside is always right here waiting to awaken. It has always been there, ready anytime when we focus to bring it out.

And this is the reason why the moment the body is introduced to natural variables, healing and awakening can happen rather quickly.

There are 3 super easy ways to Re-Install our Naturality:

1) Without changing the current diet, simply add in more living foods each day. Green smoothies are the best way to start!

2) Once a day, take off the shoes and socks, walk bare-foot on soil/earth/grass patches. If the area is too small, simply stand still on the land and breathe.

3) Go soak/swim in the sea water whenever you can; if soaking the whole body is not possible, simply immersing your bare-feet up to ankles works wonders.

If you are unable to access any of the above, do this: Simply close your eyes, sit straight and perform 10 long deep breaths wherever you are. Imagine and visualize the breath going in right into your nose all the way into your toes. The visualization is essential, you get the idea? :)
