5 Steps to A Fulfilling and Honorable Life

1) Honor your words fiercely - Your Word is Law!
Before words come out from your mouth, think through first. If these words include a commitment to somebody, think twice before they materialize into sound vibrations. Are you able to honor them? Will there be any possibilities in future for you to default on them? If yes, are you able to sincerely convey the default risk of your promise as well?

And whenever you commit to something, always honor your words - including those made to yourself! Back your promises up vigilantly, and earn the respect from others AND yourself which builds up your Spirit.

2) Never say something behind a person that which you will not say in front of him

Speak from your heart forthrightly, at all times, as long as you take care not to hurt anybody. If you cannot imagine speaking certain things to someone in particular, then these words are not meant to be heard at all, so just don’t say them!

If it is grievances which you are experiencing, tell the person who caused the situation directly instead of speaking behind the back. That will save you a lot unnecessary energy for gossip, and earn you a ton of credibility.

When you are gossiping to A about B, guess what, A will be secretly thinking whether you will talk about him to some body else! You can’t blame A, because you have just proven yourself to be such a gossiper!

Always speak the truth, and soothe it genuinely with love - to everyone whom you are talking with.

3) Be Aware of the Law of Reciprocal - and tap on it!

Laws are like systems, age-proof, universal, and never fail to work.

Do you know that whatever we have or experience now is a direct result of what we give out most? Be it love or hatred, pain or pleasure, praises or criticisms, joy or tears, fulfillment or regret, they are all the same. We must give first, in order to receive them.

So, you know how it works, so use it to your advantage. Give more love, kindness and laughter. If you have been giving joy and laughter, you probably are the biggest beneficiary of these too. On the contrary, if what you have experienced so far is hatred and resentment, you know what you have to change!

4) Choose your company wisely

Every single human soul on this planet suffers from the same weakness - we are contagious to herd behavior. Whoever you hang out most with, I’m sorry, but the brutal truth is that you will end up like him/her/them.

Energy is contagious. See your friend yawn and soon you too will. No matter what the individual says about having firm and steadfast beliefs, after spending big amounts of time with people of opposing values, you may experience a total change of thinking, a wavering of faith, compromise in values, or in the very least - doubts.

5) Always align your heart, words and action.

Speak what you Mean and Mean what you Say! If you do anything else, it simply means you are incongruent in Life. This is like setting the sail to go left while you want to go right. And if this is the case, your ship (ie. your Life) will go nowhere.

When you eat living foods wholesomely, what you see is what you get. A melon is a melon; an orange is an orange. Just like Life, when you eat living foods, you exclude eating the unnecessary additives, preservatives, seasoning etc. These added substances are, more often than not, toxic for the body.

When we prepare a meal of living foods, it is different from conventional processing or cooking. We do not add toxic substances; instead we impart our love and creativity to beautify the presentation, and enhance the taste.

That’s just the same as being true, while at the same time deliver your words with love - pure genuine love.

Be true to yourself, and others will be true to you. Do you want to be surrounded by people who are sincere and genuine?

Then first BE that person, and in no time you’ll be surrounded by beautiful people.

Cheers to Love, Honor and Integrity!
