After 2 months on Raw - With Zero Make Up

Finally! We have an updated photo from Wanda - taken fresh at the point of this post. See how her face glows and how much fairer she has gotten? There’s no need to envy her, because you can achieve that too!
And the weight loss was just a bonus to the extraordinary fitness she is experiencing now! Let’s see what she has to say:
Here is my progress update!
1) Pimple marks on my face have lightened after 1st week going raw!
2) I no longer feel lethargic in the afternoon – even though I went without my usual doses of afternoon coffee.
3) To date, I have lost in total 1.5 kg
4) Besides the fainting of “die hard” pimple marks, my complexion looks more radiant!
I am really happy with the progress because I overcame 2 problems:
1) Blemishes
I have tried many ways to get ride of my facial spots but with not much luck! I tried whitening cream, scraps etc, but the spots just refused to leave me! I was even thinking of going for expensive laser treatment to get ride of them!
2) Coffee Addiction
I was a hardcore coffee drinker! I used to go up to MORE THAN 5 BIG cups in a stressful day! And afternoon coffee used to be a must for me or otherwise I just cannot concentrate on work.
Well, guess what, I’ve stopped having afternoon coffee for the past 6 days! Now, I’m only down to 1 cup a day and I believe I can eventually quit it completely
I’ve tried to quit coffee before but never successful! I strongly believe that eating in raw and living foods helps me pull through. It somehow gives me enough energy! I don’t know how to explain this and may be Linda can supplement this point!
Besides this, colleagues and friends have been impressed how fast my skin conditions improved, how I broke through the weight-loss plateau and how radiant I now look. Many of them have been asking me how I do it!
I’m definitely keeping up with it, for looking and feeling great!
