Raw Foods, Real People!

10:27 am - August 12, 2008 | Posted By Linda in Linda's Daily Stuff

These were some of the photos from my latest weekend gathering. If you think raw foods are boring, unpalatable and uninteresting, think again!

First, I served them some noodles with marinara sauce:

After 3 mins, we’ve got this!

Next was the Miso Ramen,

…then the pesto Mushrooms,

look at their faces ;)

Of course, the grand finale came in the form of gourmet desserts, with the first being our popular local Ondeh Ondeh (BTW, this was the second plate served!)

Peanut Ice Cream Cake for our peanut lovers,

…the all time favorite Chocolate Cake (Phew, we managed to snap a picture before they were all gone!)

…before they ate until they all popped, I quickly offered smoothies to wash the food down!

Now do you know why I was absolutely bursting with excitement to share with you? Nothing gives me more joy than creating and designing raw foods for loved ones & friends, watching them devour plate after plate, and then see them glow healthily with energy and happiness.

Perhaps this may be the reason that I live most of my life jumping for joy!

;) Linda Loo

I think City Square Mall -might- have raw cacao powder. It’s in some organic shop.

I’ve been wondering about how raw noodles are made.. could you teach us? Thanks!
