And have you seen research evidences which prove a person’s moods can improve by being around natural greenery. Corporate employees can have their work performances improved simply by looking at in-door green plants inside the office.
When we were young, we heard our grandparents say that the best remedy for a cold is to walk out onto the open grass bare-foot, get some sun and breathe.
These are not myths; these are facts backed by science.
Humans are not meant to be cooped up in “boxes” for long periods of time. We need fresh air, sunshine, and connectivity to Nature regularly for optimal health and wellness.
Even a simple 10 min stand under the morning sun, barefooted at a garden with greenery can do wonders for your health, regardless of which state of health you are currently at.
In our world of high technology communication equipment and sophistication, we have EMF radiation almost everywhere. EMF radiation is simply another form of frequency vibration which dis-harmonizes our body’s natural frequency.
Over time, problems develop when our own vibrational frequencies are not in harmony to ensure health and vitality.
There are equipment to measure such frequencies. Taking a Kirlian photo is one of them for instance. A person holding a cell-phone will have a different colored-aura (energy field) as compared to another without a phone, (or a phone with some EMF-deflecting device). This is because the person’s own natural vibrations have been disrupted.
Other types of measuring equipment are able to detect EMF radiation running through a person’s body when its present. After a day of pro-longed exposure to cell-phones, computers, television sets etc, the frequency measurements can be shown on the vibrational calibrator. The amazing thing is that the moment the person steps into the open grass, and places either bare hands or feet on ground (solid Mother Earth), the frequency reduces to almost zero.
What just happened is that all these frequencies got “downloaded” into Mother Earth. The person’s disharmonious frequencies were conducted through the bare feet and hands into Mother Nature’s core, and got grounded and neutralized.
The person’s internal frequency and natural clock gets reset and harmonized. This internal energy field is extremely important for health and wellness. When it is in sync, immunity increase, vitality improves, the body’s internal endocrine and metabolic systems renews, the body rejuvenates and the person feels better!
So how long is the time required for contact with Nature?
I would say as much as possible, or at least once everyday. As much as possible, I would sit in the garden or park to do my work. Working out in Nature is also an extremely useful way, (but under-used), of renewing health and vitality. When the body moves and exercises, heart rates are up, oxygen re-circulation magnifies and blood flow increases to all major organs. When this is done with contact with Nature, miracles happen.
Don’t believe a word I say. Just try it for yourself! Compare how you feel before and after your exercise sessions in-door, on the roads, and in Nature’s loving caress.
