Disease = Dis + Ease

This means “not at ease”. In other words, sicknesses, pains, illnesses and diseases are unnatural states of health.

One of the most common questions which I’ve been asked is “Why are you always so happy? Why are you always smiling?”

3 Years ago I said “I don’t Know!”
2 Years ago I said “Because I feel so.”
Starting from a year ago until now, my reply is “Why not??”, while grinning from ear to ear.

In Science, these can be measured in frequencies, and everybody have a different strength of vibration. There are higher and there are lower. The lower ones are usually associated with lower emotions like negativity, fear, insecurity, hatred etc; while higher ones are characterized by love, compassion, kindness, joy, forgiveness, openness and so on.

What would your answer sound like?

“I’m Bob, I’m a lawyer/doctor/banker/director of so-and-so company…” or

5 Grounding Lessons I Took Back From India - Part 1

3:36 pm - January 15, 2010 | Posted By Linda in Linda's Daily Stuff, Spiritual Health and Consciousness | 1 Comment

1) My Outer World is A Direct Manifestation of my Inner World

Everything we experience in this life, our wealth, relationships, social status are direct results of internal mindsets. When the mechanics of the mind changes, EVERYTHING in the person’s life changes. Its amazing how everything and everyone seems to be a character in this play in which I am Lead Actor/Actress, Director and Producer. You be thinking “That is impossible because how can I have control over so-and-so, this-or-that etc”. But you know what, it beats me too, but one thing for sure is that, this is how it is! The moment I shifted my consciousness, everything and everyone in my life took a turn of events or role-changes, to fit into the new arrangement, or rather MY arrangement, my plan. At the minimum it is amusing, at maximum it is exhilarating!

2) Whatever the Situation, no matter how Bad and Unbearable, simply Focus on Perfecting Myself.

This kinda builds on from the previous one. Since how we are like inside directly affects the outcome on the outside, to manage the outside circumstances, just adjust the inside settings. Something similar to perhaps re-formatting the computer!

Any scenario, no matter how suffocating (it could be a loved one being difficult, a quarrel or fight, a major disappointment from unfulfilled expectations etc) simply breathe and bring your focus to yourself.

I am human too, and the first feelings I encounter are frustration, judgment of the other party/ies, followed by anger and desire to defend or attack. Every human is the same in essence, our weaknesses are also similar.

The solution here is, not to try to solve the situation. But rather, bring the awareness to myself, catch my own reactions, desires, feelings and words before they surface. Then simply focus all my energy into doing, saying or behaving in the manner that would perfect, improve or expand myself. It sounds like a simple sentence, but man! The closer you are to the people involved, the harder it gets!

Most of the time, once my awareness shines on the first wave of emotions, it becomes easier. Judgments of other people dissolve, many things then happen inside the head, clarity on myself - what I feel and why this way, understanding the other party/ies - what is causing the difficult nature and conflict, and the tension automatically disappears. What you yield to you become, what you avoid you become plagued for life, what you face upfront to bravely, DISAPPEARS.
