Skin Conditions is a Sign of Internal Health!

The only sustainable and effective approach to having lasting beautiful skin, is through managing the dietary and lifestyle habits. In other words, real beauty comes from within.

The skin is the largest organ of the body. In a healthy body system, toxins are released through the major elimination channels - perspiration, urination and elimination. These are the first choices for the body to let out toxic substances which are otherwise harmful.

What happens is this - when the major elimination systems fail or do not work properly, the body turns to other means of detoxification. In order to survive, the body needs to detoxify because every waking moment involves millions of biochemical processes, and these processes produce toxins as a by-product.

The last resort for the body, is the skin! Imagine that. How can somebody with over-toxicity look good when there is so much internal junk stuck? No way.

When the skin looks bad, or junk shows up, it is a sign of something deeper going wrong inside the body. It means that the body is over-loaded with toxicity, the major detox organs like livers and kidneys are over burdened.

Bad skin conditions are like a wake-up call to the persona, begging for attention and adjustment to the current diet and/or lifestyle. The body is communicating with us that we have to change some action.

Acne, break-outs, swelling etc are all signs that the body does not agree with something you are eating, something you are doing, or even something you are NOT doing (for eg. ample sleep)!

And that is why, every time we apply Yoga and Living Foods together, skin miracles happen. Because we are adjusting both diet and lifestyle practices, achieving rapid detoxification, rejuvenation, activation and super anti-aging results.

Having beautiful skin is a birth right. Why?

Because every single person ever born here on Earth, HAS this inherent ability to self-heal, rejuvenate and look good! This is why it is everybody’s right as much as it is mine.

And the even more beautiful part is that - it’s so easy and becomes automatic when you practiced and get into it!

Testimonial on Avocado Face Pack:

“This is the first time I used something edible on my face, and I loved it! I can eat and use the mask on my face at the same time, and afterwards I was surprised at how smooth and fair my complexion is. This will definitely replace my usual whitening products which I’m not sure if it is edible or taste as good as the Avocado mask!”
