My journey started as a vegetarian more than 10 years ago for better health. However, despite my change in diet and consistent detoxification, I did not feel in the peak of health. In the quest of optimal health, my dad introduced me the teachings from Prof. Arnold Ehret and Dr. Norman Walker. They resonated well with me but the lack of guts, motivation and know how prevented me from taking the first step.
In mid-2009, I met 2 beautiful and vibrant RAW Foodists and that gave me my moment of Eureka! They were walking living examples of the teachings I had studied! Knowing them inspired me to rethink about RAW and attempt my first step as a RAW vegan.
Just only into first few days of RAW, I was already reaping the benefits of fueling my body with enzymes live foods. First and foremost the energy level that I possess throughout the day increased phenomenally. This upward spike in energy is different from the energy gain conventionally using stimulants like coffee, tea or even Redbull which feels forced and edgy. This energy is clean which leaves no after effect of fatigue. I found that I no longer experienced after-meal lethargy. I began to sleep later and wake up earlier with a spring in my step instead of feeling weighed down by stones strapped to the feet.
Physically, I lost 3 kilos over 3 weeks. I was not surprised with the weight loss as the body began to unload and detoxify with the living foods. This 3 kilos were mainly body fat and I began to feel leaner as I shed the stubborn fat in my tummy region. What took me by surprise was my performance in the gym! In the past, when I lose weight, I tend to lose performance for my resistance training. However, with RAW foods, I was able not only maintain but reach higher weight groups even with my weight loss!
On the mental level, there is more clarity. I don’t blank out in the middle of work. There is a newfound thirst for more learning and knowledge. I have become more questioning and inquisitive as well. I also realize that on RAW, I am much more able to accept criticisms compared to in the past.
There is a sense of constant joy and happiness that exudes from within being on a RAW vegan diet. I feel more connected. On the individual level, to my family and friends I can empathize better with them. On the broader aspect, I enjoy the presence of nature much more immensely nowadays. The appeal of the blue sky, the wind in your ears, the fresh morning air and the musical clatter from the birds and insects makes me feel part of nature, something bigger and more beautiful. Turning RAW made me feel like a jigsaw piece finally trimmed perfectly to fit into the jigsaw art of nature.
Finally, I shall confess that I only meant to try a 3 day RAW vegan diet when I started out. It has since been 1 month now that I am on full RAW. I am astonished as well and there is no looking back for me. To lose the sense of joy and high energy for the temporal pleasure of a pizza no longer makes sense to me. Turning RAW is in fact one of the single greatest turning points in my life. I strongly encourage people concerned for their personal well-being and growth to find out more and take your first step in the journey of discovery and vibrant health. Live your life to your fullest!

I never knew it is so simple to eat for health. You are right Linda, it is mostly our human mind which make life complicated, and our body so sick! The raw coaching not only given me insight on how food affects my body, but also what it take for one to be peaceful and happy! Plus all the delicious food, it is definitely money well-spent.

My name is Rebecca, I work in Singapore as office administrator. I am vegetarian for 20 years and learn raw food coaching 1 year ago from linda in Singapore. Although my husband and children are not vegetarian, they are used to my different eating habits so even when I eat raw, they are more understanding. After 1 year I look younger and fresher and my Johor friends say I am the youngest mother among my ex-classmates. I never regret taking the course because it change my life and teach me how to make healthy food for myself. When my family is ready next time I can also make for them! Thank you!

I first learn about raw food in my yoga training in India and how it can affect our mind, body and emotions. After teaching yoga in Singapore for a number of years, I notice that raw foods is not accepted by many people especially Asians. When I met Linda I know that I must find time to talk to her more because she knows so much about healthy eating compared to other locals I know! Taking up coaching is a logical thing to do for me because as an expat, I have to prepare my meals myself everyday and I have classes from morning to night. The program she planned for me is specially fitted to my busy schedule, she put alot of work to plan my recipes and even calculated the exact timings for me to prepare my food, and which time of the day to do it! I am impressed by the flexibility and most importantly the love she put into preparing my manual. There is a detailed planner on what I eat on every day of the week to fit my classes and I really appreciate it because I don’t even need to think! After she spent the 2 days making food for me and showing me hands-on I am touched by her sincerity because she truly cares for her student. Making my own raw meals is so easy now and I want to bring this knowledge to my family and wife in India when I visit them this year end.
