Fruit Overdose Vs Fruit Justice

Mainly because of 2 reasons - 1) I was afraid it may contribute to excess calories and thus weight gain, 2) I was afraid of malnutrition by missing out on other “important food groups like flesh foods, dairy/cooked grains etc”, and 3) I was afraid it may cause diabetes.
Let’s take a more scientific approach to things:
First of all, there are 3 concepts we are looking at here - the first is Overeating Calories, the second is Malnutrition, and the third is The Real Cause of Diabetes.
