Going Back to Basics = Progression

Once upon a time, humans run onto the grassland every morning to embrace the sun rays, bathing their faces, hands and legs in the warmth. We ran barefooted on grassland, hair blown back by the wind, exposing our full face to the Sun’s magnificence.

We played, laughed and rolled in between wild bushes, picking berries along the way, chasing one another in hide-and-seek games, buried our noses in full blooms and enjoying the scent of sweet petals.

Is a Strict Raw Food Diet the Best Diet?

Without doubt, we all know that raw foods are the most superior foods on earth. They are full of nutrition, unadulterated and intact, as they are mean for us. Mother Earth gave them to us for consumption because they are grown naturally from the roots of earth.

The Intricate Link Between You and Nature

Whenever I feel down, tired or simply “out-of-sync”, I have the habit of running to the nearest park, take off my shoes and stand bare footed on the grass with my bare hands against a tree. Almost immediately, I’d start to feel better.
