Raw Food = Common Sense

With the incorporation of Yoga especially, the connection with my own body becomes so close that I sense all physical, mental and emotional changes according to the quality of food substances I ingest.
The Oxford Dictionary defines food as “Any substance that people or animals eat or drink or that plants absorb to maintain life and growth”.
