One of the most common questions I get is what I actually eat everyday!

Some of you thought that eating raw is not easy because of food preparation.

Well, guess what, a raw lifestyle is so much more simpler, convenient and hassle-free than a cooked lifestyle. There are no oily pans to scrub, lower energy bills and lesser effort spent on food preparation.

Super Mango

2C Orange Juice
4C Diced Mangoes (ripe)

Blend 2C orange juice and 2C diced mangoes, then pour the mixture into a large glass and stir in the remaining 2C mangoes. Enjoy!

Remember that C stands for the standard Cup; this is different from our normal drinking cup. You can get measuring cups from supermarkets or any general home ware stores.
